Shopping with Gymrat

This store is operated by Ds Marketing Inc., trading as Gymrat, and hosted on Shopify. These terms apply when you use our store or place an order. Contact us at info@dsmarketing.ca.

Orders and payment

Please provide accurate contact, billing and delivery information. You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement, or use the store with the permission of a parent or guardian. The checkout displays the items, currency, delivery charges and applicable taxes before payment.

Orders are subject to availability and payment verification. If we cannot fulfill an order, or a material pricing or product error affects it, we will contact you and arrange a correction with your agreement or cancel and refund the affected purchase.

Products

Review product descriptions, dimensions and selected options before ordering. Colours may appear different on different screens. Product photos may show styling props that are not included unless the description says otherwise. Follow supplied instructions and use equipment only for its intended purpose. Stop using damaged equipment.
