Where we ship

Gymrat currently accepts orders for delivery to Canada and the United States. Available delivery options are confirmed at checkout.

Delivery charges

Canada: tracked delivery is CAD $4.95 per order, or free when your merchandise subtotal is CAD $75 or more after discounts and before tax.

United States: tracked delivery is CAD $9.95 per order. The Canadian free-shipping offer does not apply to US deliveries.

Your checkout shows the final delivery charge, applicable taxes and order total before you pay. If checkout displays another currency, the converted amount applies.

Fulfillment and timing

Our products ship directly from our fulfillment partners, including warehouses in China. They are not held in a local Canadian warehouse. Processing and transit times depend on the product, destination, stock and carrier. Contact info@dsmarketing.ca before ordering if you need a current estimate or delivery by a particular date. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.

Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate parcels. Carrier delays, customs inspections and busy periods can extend delivery times.

Tracking and delivery problems

Tracking details are provided when available after dispatch. Tracking may take time to update. If your parcel is delayed, missing or arrives damaged, email us with your order number so we can investigate with the fulfillment partner.

Address details and import charges

Check your shipping address carefully before paying. Contact us promptly about corrections; changes may not be possible after dispatch. International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes or carrier fees that are not included in the checkout total unless expressly stated there.
